Primary Care Physician
Grand Rapids, MI
Responsibilities:
- · Evaluation of new and returning outpatients
- · Responsible for prescribing medications as needed
- · Order labs, imaging and other pertinent tests
- · Initial screening of patients to determine eligibility
- · Responsible for coordination, evaluation, treatment, and overall medical management for eligible Veterans evaluated and treated within the clinic
Hours & Schedule:
- Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays).
Licensed Practical Nurse

Qualifications:
- Minimum Educational: Diploma of LPN or LVN, from and accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) approved program.
- Certification/Licenses Requirements: Valid, unrestricted, LPN/LVN license at least 1 state, territory of the U.S
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum Experience: continuously employed in the practice of Licensed Practical Nurse for 1 year prior to start of work at the MTF.
- Must have Acute Care hospital or Inpatient Rehab Facility or Center experience

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of design and construction experience.
- Prior working knowledge and proficiency in Bluebeam is preferred.
- Prior knowledge of Microsoft programs is essential, and Revit modeling is preferred.
